If you are going to serve me then serve me, idol threats mean nothing. Never received anything in writing, and do not believe I will. They start their message by stating they are calling in accordance with State Law, what State, they are all different. SCAM, as far as I am concerned. Give them, and tell them nothing, ask for proof of debt, and let them go.
