Got a call from 213 379 6386. Same thing. Said IRS was filing a law suit. Asked if i wanted to pay if off or go to court. Then they said I was going to have a warrant for my arrest, license revoked, and all bank accounts cleared. I said lets go to court. He replied with, "okay i am sending re-enforcements. goodbye"
