I'm a business in Iowa and got a missed call from them also. Did you find out what it was about. Seemed fishy to me, if you know any more I would be interested in finding anything else out.
Got a message from this number also, a doctors office answered when i called back. They said that 'the phone lines are messed up', acted like it was a common occurance. I'm not convinced though.
