Called my elderly mother and when she handed me the phone because she couldn't hear them, some chick was saying "okay, we will change the passcode and I'll show the time of your call as the time it changed." I told her I didn't know what kind of scam she was running, but she called us and that she had no authorization to do anything, and then I hung up on her.
Called, left message. It was AT&T Uverse letting me know that they had resolved a system outage. A nice message - if the Caller ID hadn't said "Unavailable," I'd have answered that call.
Received a voice mail from this number, Flora requested I call back and reference a case #. Called back and was told this is Iron Mountain. Talked to a manager Quero, didnt know what the case # was, couldn't find "my account" Didn't know who, what, when, where about Flora.
