Received two messages from this number telling me to have my attorney of record call. I could hardly understand the message because of the thick accent. I finally spoke to someone who told me that I was being sued for check fraud because of a payday loan I hadn't paid. I did not have a loan with the fast cash company. The person told me that I was due in court in California (Saturday) the next day and that they had been trying to email me. I believe this is some kind of scam. I
"Sam Parker" left me two messages on my answering machine today. I could barely understand either one as his English was slightly broken. I did catch something about having my attorney contact his attorney and that i needed to call him as soon as I got the message. I have no intention of calling.
This guy Sam Parker is nothing but a big scammer. It is sad that people try to do this and steal money from true hard working people. So if anyone gets a call from Fast Cash try to get as much information as possible out of then like an address and call your local Police Department.
