This numbers has called me dozens of times on my personal cell phone w/o leaving a message.

Has called me everyday all times of day for the last 9 days. No messages left.

It is Environmental California. To be removed from their call list, you must call them (213) 412-3176. Press 1 after the recording, enter your 10-digit tel. number to be removed, followed by the # sign. You will hear a recorded "Thank you", and your done!

Are you one of the scammers or just a fool (or both)?

When you call scammers back and give them your number under the pretense of having it removed from their list, you are merely confirming it and making it more valuable to them to sell and trade it with their fellow scammers. Thus you will get more junk calls.
