I think these people also have the number 213-416-2887 and 213-416-2881 and they are from FS Lending. According to 411.com both telephone numbers are registered to Paete Communications in Los Angeles, CA. They keep calling my daughters cell phone number asking for her bank account number stating they have deposited a large student loan into her bank acount and if she does not verify her account number and information then they will withdraw the money from her account. Lucky for me I work for the Sheriff's Office where we live and I know this is a scam. Also we know it is a scam because my daughter has not applied for one single student loan at this point and time as she just graduated high school and is military bound. Hope these guys get busted for the scam.
My 1-213-416-2881 tape recorded phone call from "Loan Confirmation Line" concerned a loan to my junior high school age son. Neither he or anyone else in our household has applied for a loan. We do not want a loan. We have received five (5) phone calls from "Loan Confirmation Line" over the past two weeks. We want to be deleted from the "Loan Confirmation Line" telephone list.
