This company has now called me phone twice. The first time they left a message for someone I don't know saying they were going to delivery legal documents to the property. The second time I answered and they asked for someone and I told them they had the wrong number. She kept on talking and I told her I didn't care cause it was the wrong number and hung up on her.
I just received a 3rd call from this number. They called last week and said they were letting me know that a complaint was filed against me by someone that I know that had just passed away a couple of days before the call. They said that if I didn't call back by the end of the day then the court would be filing papers against me and I would be served. I called my friend, which it was her mother that just passed, and she in turn called the number they left. They told her that it was to get an address for her mother regarding a bank account she had with a certain bank. FISHY!!!!! We wouldn't give them information. Now they are calling me again. Is there someone we can report them too?
I have now received 2 calls from this number in a week about being served papers for my sister. The first time I didn't answer and got a voicemail saying if I didn't call back within 2 hours it was a "failure to comply" and they would be at my home and/or place of employment. They have my maiden name listed as well as an address I haven't lived at in years. The second time, I did answer and said that I didn't know anyone by that name and the woman tried to transfer me to the fraud department before I just hung up. Definitely a scam.
