I got the same names, plus a lady's name, a Barbara Hollowel. Who claims to be the IRS officer. They are also using the 911 to scare people. Saying that if at anytime I disconnected the call 911 will call me and that officers will be at my doorstep to handcuff me and put me in jail for 6 months with no bail. 911 started flashing on my caller ID which made it more believable. Did not give them any info at all and told them I do not have that kind of money to pay them they said that they will turn off the arrest and that to contact them as soon as I have the money. Called 911 when I was able to get off the phone with them and was told they received a lot of calls asking if 911 was calling them...needless to say of course it was a hoax. Called the local PD and reported this. Got a call from James Harris and told them the call is being recorded and that IRS scam has been notified. He hung up.
