A lady called few minutes ago telling me that there is a problem with our internet windows connection . I asked where she was calling from and told me from New York and asked her for her phone number to call her back. the minute she gave me (213) as an area code , I knew it is not NY. I also asked her who told her that I have a problem with my pc and she just said that it showed in their system that we have a problem. I asked her if she is working for microsoft but she was vague and told me that she works for "Global ... for windows solutions"!. I was a little bit suspicious and called the number she gave. I got a gentleman on the phone who told me about the same vague thing.

Please let me know who is this company? I would like to identify it to follow up or not.
