I got the same recorded message that Paulie noted above today. The same thing happened two weeks ago. My attorney said its a scam and that any notice by the IRS must be personally served and in writing. Block this number.

Didn't answer as I had just received a call from a different 213 number that was an IRS scam call.  No message left...

Recorded message - the ever popular "being sued by the IRS" scam. Wish I could have gotten through to a real person - my wife used to be a federal prosecuting attorney, would have been fun. Blocked the number.
