They have another office in Huntington Beach as well. All scam offices ran by James Trent."
Apparently Trent's employees are considered independent contractors. So their compensation is based on their own individual performance, they don't get a salary per se. Which explains a lot of the rudeness and law violations that occur with these companies.

These people are calling saying I am evolved in some business that charges are going to be filed against me I don't even know who these people are. Telling me I have committed some fraud
SCAM trying to get you to pay a loan that you don't owe. It is extortion. Don't give them one penny. Report them to the ftc.gov. The Federal Trade Commission.
This number called my sister and left her a message that I was in an accident and that if I didn't call their law office right away they were going to press charges on me. Amber White ex 2306. must be a scam, because they are from Los Angelas CA and I have never been out of east coast state where I live. nor have I been in any accident. they were leaving me threatening messages on my answering machine, but I turned it off, so now somehow they have gotten my sisters phone number. how annoying this is to think people have nothing better than to try and scam and scare money out of people over the phone.
