I've also received recent calls from this company calling every 15 minutes or so at (213)228-9111. I never answer unknown calls so I don't know if anyone was there or not. I received 5 calls from this number in one day and then a day later started receiving numerous calls from another area code 213 number (213)452-6539 which also lists numerous complaints on this site. I got so irritated I stared just picking up and hanging up without saying a word or to see who was calling. Finally I called back the second number 213-452-6539 and a woman answered saying it was Mr. so and so's office. I told her I had them on my cell records as having called numerous times and I would contact an attorney for harrassment if they didn't stop. I gave her some other choice words as well. They continued to call even after 9 PM which is against the law as are the repeated calls they keep making during any hour. Imagine my surprise when I received my cell bill and saw that the first call for this (213)228-8111 shows as my having placed the initial call to them 2 days before their onslaught of calls began at 11:53 PM. Can anyone tell me how this could be possible? I'm in bed asleep at this hour, no one else has access to my cell and I'm not calling friends or relatives at this hour much less some company I've never heard of. It has to be some way for them to avoid the Do Not Call List as that is only applicable for companies we don't normally do business with but if a bill is showing that I initiated first contact with them then they can claim I called them first. My PC has been infected with this internet virus and I know they can, and no doubt have, stolen my debit card number, phone # etc. so thus having my phone # in hand is there some sneaky way they might have to generate a call somehow from my number to themselves thus generating repeated computerized calls back to me from them?????? There is an attorney right here in my city who specializes in this type of phone harrassment and he may just be getting my business!!!!
