The reason you don't hear anyone there is because it's a computer calling you. When someone answers, then a rep gets onthe line. I answer the phone, but don't say anything, then when they get on the line I bang the phone on the counter so they get an earful. If they want to call me again they will ge the same reaction! I'll bet they won't call me again! Twice this morning but not since the last time I banged the phone!
I inquired of information on line of FREE GRANTS but never fully submittted the information because there was a fee and somehow they still got my number and have been calling. I tried to return the call but it does not allow incoming calls. I was thinking of it but now I've changed my mind. NAGGY!!!!! I wanted free information....not something for a fee!!!!
