Left a message on my cell phone, then at work. A Becky Hamilton from Asset Solutions with a civil complaint. I just got rid of these creeps last month calling, once you ask for a Debt Validation letter, required by law, they go away and a new group emerges. SO SICK OF THIS GAME.
got a call from a Ms. Leslie Hawkins from Asset Solutions on Mar 1st saying I owed on a payday loan, that I have proof that it was paid in full over 2 yrs ago. When I asked her for the debt validation letter and all related information she said she doesnt have to provide that. And if I didnt settle the past due debt, then she would send officers to my home or business and I will face atlease 5 years in jail. When I told her to contact my attorney she said she has no need to and hung up. Then today Mar 5th a Mr. Peter Thomas from same company but different # 1-213-260-9411 called, saying I had a internet loan from 2006 I need to pay or I would go to jail. He refused to take my attorneys information as well. This is scam company. Do not pay them anything. They are using these 3 numbers, 213-454-0600, 213-260-9411, and 702-751-2064. Im sure there are other numbers as well.
