This was a pre-recorded call telling me how to use pre-recorded calls "just like this" to make money.

I received a call from the same number, but I did not answer the call.
Why can't these people just stop wasting my time and their time.
How do I block this number?  I think it's useless to block 1 number, then you'll receive other numbers.
