Telemarketing for Sprint will not stop calling me after I clearly stated not to be called again and removed from calling list. I get called at 8:30 at night and 3 times a day to my home phone. I do not want a free cell phone nor will I ever use Sprint as my phone company in this lifetime.
I too have been getting calls from Sprint on my cell phone and I have told them it is illegal to telemarket to cell phones. They just keep calling. I have just told them tonight that I want to be put on their do not call list. If I get anymore calls I am going to scream and probably sue. They call me from this 213 number and also several other numbers.
I am suprised to see other people getting the same harassment as me. I want all to know I had the time to report this phone# to the real Sprint company. It took me three days of calling, transfering, getting disconnected and speaking to a dozen Sprint agents. As far as they can see, this is not a real Sprint company calling us. I told them that these people are posing as Sprint salesmen and it is considered a crime. Hopefully they will get what they deserve. I dont know if the calls will stop but if they continue, they are in for a suprise!
I got three more calls from these people today. some of the numbers are coming up as unknown, but they are still posing as sprint. This time they called me and since I didn't want the free phone they wanted to know if I was happy with my mortgage company and proceeded to inform me that they offer mortgages as well. Man these guys are ballsy. I politely informed them for the third time to take me off their calling list and if I got anymore phone calls from them I was calling the district attorney and getting them involved. if they call again I am going to get more information from them and get a supervisor on the phone. hope these guys get what they deserve as well.
!0-7-07 Got seven phone calls in one day from this number harrassing me, Telling me it was sprint and could get free phone told him not interested he would call and hang up, and argue and i would ask him not to call back and lord and behold he would call back about an hour later SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS CREEP!!!!!!!!
