We have been in contact with him about a house in NH. He was offering us rent at 800 a month utilities included. Just before we sent him the info my wife and I thought we'd better check out the house and realized it was listed under another name. I then had us look up the number and found this. The home is currently listed for sale, but the entry for rental was removed from Trulia since and I don't have a screenshot or anything....I wish there was some way to bust this guy! I contacted the realtor and informed him as well.
A foreign speaking man pretending to be a homeowner in FL who wants to rent "his" house- but it is really my house!! I was alerted by my realtor of the scam because he listed my home on several websites as being for rent. I hope no one fell for it.

He tried the same thing here in Kansas City. "Matthew Daly" said he was living in California and would ship the keys for the house at the same time we mailed the rental application with the deposit.
