I have been getting a call from the same person over the past couple of months telling me they are from Microsoft Corporation of Windows in Los Angeles and they want to refund me my money.  This the number they gave me this time.  They want me to get on my computer and type in www.teamview and then they will refund the money.  I have not done this.

Y'see, if you used Teamview, and gave them access, they would do all kinds of nasty things to your computer.
