Just another one of the many soulless people using fake cashier's checks to scam people out of items on Offer Up. Always something along the lines of sending a cashier check and a mover will come pick it up once the check clears, blah blah. The check will be fake with an extra $1500 or so (I know, I've gotten one before) and when you eventually put it into your account, give the all the extra to the mover and your item is gone, your bank will call you to tell you the check was fake and that you're responsible for paying them back. DO. NOT. FALL FOR IT.
