Total scam. I ignore, but they just keep calling, with same voicemail message, using different phone numbers. These numbers can be reported at www.tigta.gov - Not sure if it will do any good, but I keep trying. I received two of these calls today from the same number. I never answer, but just to have the phone ring is so annoying. I think it's time to get rid of my landline, although I've gotten these on my cell, also.

Go a message about IRS opened a case and lawsuit against me. Definitely a scam!! Don't fall for it. IRS would never call you to tell you that they are suing you.
