The comment said 'home improvement PRODUCTS', not 'Home Depot', so not sure where you're getting that (there are more stores that do that than just Home Depot you know). And show your proof about it being solar related instead of assuming-you do know what they say about doing that right?
They are scammers! Saying they are calling from a reputable business when in fact they are not. When a teleamarketer calls from a number that is disconnected dont you find that a little strange. Crooks!
The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said. They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.
A bunch of Indians posing as Home Depot 'consultants' They put me in touch with a solar contractor, which is odd since I told them I live in a condo and cannot use solar. Of course, the number is spoofed and therefore not valid.
