213-504-7015 Calls every day
Often 3-4 times a day
No one there when I pick up
They never leave a message
and cant call the number back
VERY annoying and frustrating!!!!
(213) is supposed to be a Los Angeles
But when you try to look the number up
with reverse phone look up
It says the number doesnt exist
BUT ...Hey! ...Hello its calling me EVERYDAY!!!
If you have Comcast and this number(213)-504-7015 is coming up or any other number for that reason. follow these few simple steps to block the number.
1. Get the phone numbers that are calling and write them down on a separate peice of paper.
2. Pick up your reciever and dial *60 (Star 60) located on the bottom left of your reciever.
You are now being prompted to enter 1. activate this service 2. enter phone number to be blocked 3.remove number to be blocked
3. Enter 2 and then the number (if long distance only enter area code and then the number) DO NOT ENTER (1) AND THEN THE NUMBER.It will not work
4.Proceed to enter the number are code first and then hit # (located at the bottom right of your reciever).
You have now blocked this number from calling your residence. It will repeatedly ask you to enter for many numbers. If for any reason you wish to unblock the number, repeat steps one and 2 and enter prompt 3.
I received a call from this number a short while ago which had on the caller ID display "unknown name", so did not answer and no message was left. I, too, recently started using Comcast digital voice service. If I get any more of these calls I will be complaining to Comcast and possibly anyone else that I may be able to get some help from on this.
I just called back this number and got a recording saying if you are not interested in receiving any future calls and would like to be placed on our do not call list, press 1, so I did. I'll see if that's the end of it but perhaps all who get this call should do the same.
