I just called my local police department regarding this the officer told me once the caller (1-213-504-7024) calles hang up and hit *57 once this has been done 3 consecutive times, a trace is put on the number and a harrassment charge is put in place.
I am going to do this as this # calls my house 4 and 5 times a day.
I got an automated message telling me I've "won" a free digital cable package and that the government is making it the law that everyone must have their TVs updated to digital.
They keep calling all the time. Not only my home phone, but my cell as well. never say anything...just hang up..when you return their call, you get an automated message that says call cannot be completed at this time. I also get a call from a Detroit number as well. This is so frustrating....people need to get a life and stop harrasing us!
