Who called from 2135092732

When I answered nobody was there.

Called and left a voice mail claiming the "IRS is filing a lawsuit against me," said I "need to return the call for more information about the case."

This is the 2nd time they've called leaving such a message. Very obvious it's a scam.

...Claim to be from the IRS. Supposedly I owe over $7K according to their records.

It is a THIEF calling.  The IRS MAiLS letters if there is a problem,

I got a call from (213) 509-6138 claiming he is working with IRS Investigation Department provide me with Badge ID GS14546 and case number DC1928 and have a case and needs to pay $6497.00. "SCAM" IRS will mail letters.
It is Thief Calling.
