got a call from this number twice today. voice mail was left on 2nd call. the first part of the recorded message was cut off. all i heard was the automated female voice stated the phone number 213-509-3657 two times.
Got a call from this ph # stating they were the IRS and is going to sue me! I called back and I asked how do I know if you are truely the IRS, he stated (not from this coutry) that I'm not here to tell you if I'm from the IRS or not, if you don't believe me then hang up. And that is what I did.
