Received recorded message that a some account of mine had been suspended due someone trying to fraudulently access.  I couldn't understand the name so I pressed one to connect with security.  Then I was given option to press 1 to reactivate or 2 to leave,  after waiting several cycles of that message hoping to speak to a live person I hung up.  I called the number and was told the number was available.
