I got a call from this number and there was a message that said, "Please hold momentarily for an important call." It repeated 2-3 times and then clicked over to a connected line. Someone said, "Hello?" and then it hung up. Then I realized that the voice that had said "Hello?" was my voice, recorded from when I answered the call. Weird.
