When I answer, they hang up.

Called my cell phone. Only family and close friends know this number. Did not recognize the number and didn't answer. No message was left which means it was a scammer.

Phone rang twice and when I answered it....it stopped ringing.

Called my phone rang once and that was it no message or anything

Did not recognize the number they did not leave a message.
