It's a scam - Indian accent calling from "tech support" about my computer (I'm a programmer and very tech savvy - I AM tech support). I told him it's an old scam and I know this routine -- he didn't say anything for a moment then hung up.
Just called me...could barely hear him...sounded like Indian accent. After being unable to hear who they were--I asked "Sorry, where are you calling from?" They hung up. If they were trying to sell me something, good effing luck with that strategy.
