This person called from a loud, telecall room of some sort. He claimed that my computer was not accepting updates properly and he would help me fix my Microsoft problems. I would have to have my computer on and he would help me. He had no proof of employment or email where he could be reached at Microsoft.
We received a call from a man with a thick foreign voice. He claimed we downloaded a virus / malware onto our computer system and he wanted to help me resolve the problem. His name was blocked / missing from our caller i.d. so I blocked his phone number and hung up. This is a scam!!!!! They try scaring you into allowing them to access your computer system remotely.
