called my employer and said he was attorney mike watson and that I needed to return his call or they were bringing charges against me for an unpaid payday loan, but I did have one but paid it already, he said that they never got the money because I had insufficient funds, I could barely understand him and with a name like michael watson, he had a strong accent, that is an american name thats when a red flag went up for me, he threatend me if I didn't pay it by 7 tonight they were bringing fraud charges against me, they asked for me to pay for it with my debit card and I refused, 13 calls later I was in tears, I almost paid them just to stop the calls, I actually called the payday loan company and they told me it was a scam and forwarded me to their fraud department, they also used the number 1-213-533-0307

I have been getting the same calls and threats from this number. I don't even bother picking up the phone because I know is a scam they just want your money. If you pay one all the sudden you gets up three calls a day with the same situation, i was so strees out at 4mns and 2 weeks of pregnanacy i was having contractions and spend a day in the hospital and two days out of work.
This number will NOT stop calling my phone. I send them to voicemail, and they call right back. I'm at work and don't have time to fool with this harrasment. They are scammers and I've been fooling with these people since March of 2011! The same guy keeps calling and leaving a message with a strong indian accent and speaking broken english, "Calls me by name" "This is Michael Scott a legal case has been filed against you, if you want to get out from this legal mess you need to call me now" and leaves this number to some bogus company called ATS, ACS...hard to understand. Back in March I fell for this because I had taken out a pay day loan and started receiving phone calls from what sounds like a similar accent. They "scared" me into paying them over $300 after harrasing me. I did my research and ended up having to change my checking account number and all because it was a scammer not the company that I actually owed money to. Don't give out your info over the phone. If it's legit, they will mail you correspondence. I learned the hard way!
