regarding Mega Lotto Ticket drawings and they would call me when I bought a lotto ticket to get the numbers off the ticket and bar code, along with my name for a drawing on the 25th for unclaimed cash worth 160million.Caller had a strong Jamaican accent
Caller claimed to be from Publishers Clearing House informing me that I had won their sweepstakes; that company, however, never notifies by phone. The caller had a nearly unintelligible Indian accent. I told him that my number was on the Federal Do Not Call Registry, that I had never had any business relationship with Publishers Clearing House and didn't desire one, and that he should put me on a Do Not Call list. The caller screamed so loud at me into his cheap microphone that his already marginally intelligible voice turned to solid static. I hung up and filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.
Received a call from this number, they claimed to be I.R.S. and wanted to know if I had been contacted by the Better Business Bureau because the BBB reported I was getting a check from them. This person also had an foreign accent.
