I got a call today that sounded like a recording of a woman who seemed to be having trouble with her phone and asking if I could hear her. It was strange
Same situation as describe by others. The first time nobody answered. 15 seconds later a woman said that has trouble with her phone. Then a man called for me. He knew my name. Then communication was lost. I called back and message says that mailbox belonging to Jonathan was full. The voice of Jonathan was complely different from the guy that called before. This is clear a sacam. They are verifying through dirty practices that the number is active so they prepare the trap for the scam.
What the heck is going on? The same woman has been making the rounds on our 6 incoming lines and saying that same thing about hearing her. someone in LA is putting a search on the lines - it's a scam of some sort. Info share has got to stop. Too many weirdos just looking to sell your info or use your lines to make long distance calls to the middle east or some other deceptive move.
Great, now we have to deal with this.
