I got a call from 1-213-537-1967 and the lady said that she was a publisher and needed the number off of our copy machine so that she could send us an up-dated copy of the manual?????? Seemed like a scam to me? I am almost sure it is a scam after doing a look up on this number.

Caller Said my first name in the form of a question as if to make sure it was me then hung up.

Caller told me that she needed the correct copier model number. I asked her if it was XXXXXX Copier (our company copier services) and she said "excuse me" and then hung up.
