same call from Nataya; who the h - - - is it that is calling?

I had this number 213-542-1869 show up with the caller name NATAYA, however, the actual caller was someone I knew, and whose number and name usually show up correctly on my caller ID. I'd like to know what this is all about as well.

they asked for me by name i asked who was calling and they hung up on me

I got a call from that number.  It turned out to be someone I knew that was using *67.  I'm sure that's what caused it.
