this guy calls keeps asking for the owner soooooooooooooooo annoying .....he deals with data crashing but most likely its fraud ....they seriously need help they dont understand the words not interested

They're calling from a company called Payment Services, "on behalf of" our merchant services account, so they're definitely a third party trying to get money from us. They've called many times before asking for the owner and getting annoyed when I won't send them through to him. They're pushy and rude and won't answer questions or stop calling. And I've checked their website. It looks nice at first glance but there are no actual links, just ways for them to get your info so that they can bother you. And they won't admit that they're trying to sell you something or get you to sign up for something, they're "just calling to inform you", very frustrating.
These people are very rude and pushy. They called to inform me that I'm qualified for a promotion to save $ on the merchant account. I asked if my merchant account is with them, he answer "Yes, we have the merchant account". I asked "So you know my account number?", He said "We do not look up account numbers". This is BS, they are lying and I know my merchant services is not with them. I told them I'm not interested, they keep on pushing. I asked for his name, he wouldn't say. He is saying why are you scare? He is so stupid, I'm not interested in any of your scams then He hangs up. It is a waste of time to politely refuse their offer. These people should be banned. After that they continue to call for next few days.
What can we do to stop them from calling? They obviously do not listen or respect people.
