Same said ignoring it would be an intentional second attempt to avoid an initial appearence in front of a magistrate judge and jury. Advised to cooperate and help them to help me. Please really think I'm that dumb. If I was really in trouble with the Treasury they would send mail as well. Haven't seen an official letter on their letterhead yet. Also the fact that it is a foreign voice and sounds recorded and calls several times in a row and every time telling me it's a second attempt. Also called from number 903-781-1641 as well.
