I took out a loan from pay day one, it was for 200$. This number calls me with an indian sounding man and goes on and on about my pay day one loan that i got for 300$, when it was really only 200$. he called me at 9 this morning 8 times. when i orginally spoke to him he theatened with lawsuits and taking care of this outside of the court room. but right after he called me 8 times this morning i get a phone call from pay day one, and they were making sure i was going to pay back the 200$. sooooo, is this a scam? 213 area code is california, and the lady from pay day one says that their branch is out of texas, and that they have no ties in los angeles california. because they are phone internet and email based just in texas. someone please respond let me know if you think this is a scam. i owe only pay day one 200$ not 300$... i was so worried for a second. and companys that want money from you only call you twice a day, not 8 times rapid fire. are they dumb??
