Looks like this caller is on a roll.....just got a call, I did not answer, they left no message.

I received a hang up call at 9:35 AM CT, very early for a California call.
I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.
Don't ever call these type of calls back because all they do is track that you are a valid telephone number and the time of day that you answer your phone.  They sell this information to be able to target a successful time that you can be reached.

213-550-3111 - 3RD time I have received this call in 3 days!  Like others, reverse # search only says LA...  
WHO IS this Rachel from Credit Card Services'  SHE IS DRIVING ME NUTS!  She calls my home AND my cell almost every day.  How do we make them STOP!
