Who called from 2135503111

I'm in ohio and just received the call as well.  When I called back it said that i was called about a survey that had now expired.

Missed call from this number.  I am in Riverside, Ca.

Caller hangs up when the phone is answered "This is <name>" - indicates auto-dialer

I keep getting calls where no one answers.  I believe I also got a call from (563) 739-6398 that might be related.  I missed that call, when I try to call that number it says no longer in service.

It is a scammer trying to get personal information to steal from you.
