It baffles me when people need the government to hold their hand through life. Get a blocker, blocking phone or VOIP service and take control of your own life.
Called Sunday, 10/9/16 at 11:44 am PDT. Caller ID showed "Los Angeles CA". This number also called on 10/6 but used Caller ID of V00620245600098 that time, so obviously trying to trick you into picking up the phone by using a city designation now. No message left, of course.
