I think its some type of generic number when people use a calling card. My friend (who doesn't have a cell or long distance on house phone) left a message on my voicemail following the missed calls from this number
I just received a call from this number and I was suspicious because it was a weird looking number that i had never seen, so I didn't answer. They left a message and it was actually my friend who used a calling card to call me. That's probably why you can't call the number back.
This number has called several times today and they immediately go into my phone hell system. I only use the line for outgoing calls and my friends have my cell number so anyone I don't want to hear from gets a message that my mail box is full and then they get automatically hung up on.
