I just answered a call from this number and it was dead air. Not even static or anything. They hung up after about 10 seconds.

I got a call from this number and they claimed to be an extension of the Home Energy Program. They knew my name and Home address as well. Asked about furnace, hot water and air conditioning age... sneeky people....

dead air, hung up.. twice in 2 hrs

They call here many times and never say a word.  Very annoying.

Very tired of this!
