Sum sucker trying to get personal info and credit card number. Calls itself ALERT with monitoring service for older people. They change their number very frequently. Robo call that sometimes leaves a message, but most of the time they just disconnect when call goes to answering machine
Probably a telemarketer. Being elderly I get the damnedest crap from telemarketers as well as their stupid ads on the internet--hearing aids, those amulets you wear when you've fallen & can't get up, catheters, getting rid of dark spots, you name it.
