I have had my share of served court documents and they never call, they either show up in your house or work. Also, any law firm will send you letter in mail regarding a legal matter. It's a SCAM.

I just received the same phone call and VM. To call this number with a reference # because someone refused to sign for documents on my behalf. And, they keep calling my work number!
