Left no message on my cell. I don't answer calls unless I know who they are. Assuming a Telemarketer?

Called cell phone, got voice mail, could hear activity in background, then they hung up without leaving a message.; Google search shows it to be Global Data Infrastructure

Called house phone (landline) as well as unlisted cell phone.  Left no message on either.  Not a clue who it could be, certainly no one I know.  Odd that they tried the cell phone immediately after housephone.

CALLED CELL, DID NOT LEAVE MESSAGE, I TRIED TO CALL BACK BUT IT RANG UNANSWERED.  NO IDEA WHO THIS IS???
