Got a call from  213-632-6727, marketing call about solar panels.  will be blocking this number

I have gotten calls from this number 23 times throughout the beginning of this year and the end of last year. I never call back and I never answer my phone if the number is not in my contacts. I know now this number is not safe and more likely a scammer. I recommend no one to play into these scammers game by reporting them and don't answer or call back.
