I have been receiving calls and txt msgs from this co for a month or more. My husband and I have repeatedly asked that they stop these calls. This number is on the do not call list and we do not have an account with them. I have had this cell number for many years. Most of the time they hang up when we ask them to speak English. I don't speak spanish. We have limited minutes and they are using them up. When they have actually talked to me I have given them the mesg info that includes names and account numbers. They say there is nothing they can do. People are giving them false information and there is nothing they can do? I have asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and they just hang up.

They keep on calling about 3 to 4x a week and they are not even looking for me is for someone else that gave them the wrong information I have told them several time that I do not know that person and they wont stop harrasing! Even if you go straigh to the store they have very bad service and yes not everyone there talk english. Very bad customer service not only on the phone but in person also even the managers are rude!
Ive been getting calls from this number too a Maria Naranjo, I told her that this person they are looking for does not live here to stop calling she said the only person who can stop them from calling is the person that gave them this number what can i do!!
I started getting the same ph calls and there is so many anymore these calls, there has to be something our govn't can do. Maybe not, our govrn't doesnt work for the paying people anymore of American and the parties can't even get along w/there own peers. Too bad, I sure like China and there Caning ways, seems to work in China and 2% crime, can't beat that.
