House phone rang three times and stopped. Then my office phone range until the machine picked up, left no message.

This number keeps calling and not leaving a message. I'm ready to report them!

Won't help. Reporting them I mean. They are not even in America.

Called and didn't leave a message. I called back an hour later (at 3:30 pm) and no one picked up and there was no answer machine to leave a message.

Received a call from this number, I answered and said, yes? They asked for me by name, I said, yes? They replied, "[***] this" and then hung up. Tried calling back, no answer.
